and we do not accept payment to rush an order
because we would have to push other orders back
and we will not do that.

Production on your order begins when your payment clears
and you are immediately placed in the QUE.
We post our lead times on each product on their own page.
If you have a drop dead date you need or want your order,
please call, email or text to check as sometimes when the lead times change
it takes a few days to change it on our pages.
Different seasons have different lead times
All shipments are insured.
Upon delivery, please inspect all boxes or packaging prior to signing for the shipment.
We use only the best carriers but please understand that everybody is human.
If you sign for an item that is damaged,
we have no recourse to get the freight company to be responsible for it.
We inspect every piece before it is shipped to make sure it
leaves our dock in perfect shape.

Returns/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Order cancellations must be in writing and received before merchandise is in production. Orders for standard products that are already in production that are cancelled will result in a 20% Restocking Fee. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns: All returns must be within 30 days of initial shipment. All returns must be pre-authorized by Fireside Lodge and are subject to at least a 20% Restocking Fee. No credit will be issued until Fireside receives the return in new resalable condition. Custom items, upholstered items, and items not in the current catalog may not be returned. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
