What is your lead Time?
Normally our Cedar Log and other Log Cabin Furniture ship in 3-5 weeks. Call if you have a drop dead date as lead times may change seasonally.
Do you use Naugahyde, faux leather or split leather?
No. Only the finest full grain leather processed with the finest tanning techniques is used to build our furniture.
Do you offer a Military or Law Enforcement discount?
Yes! Both. You will receive 10% off of our published price. Thank you for your service!
How do I get my Military or Law Enforcement discount?
You can use any of these forms of ID to get your discount:
1. A Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), or.
2. A Department of Defense (DoD) Identification Card—either a Common Access Card (CAC) or Uniformed Services ID Card, or.
3. A state-issued driver's license or ID with a Veterans designation.
What is your return policy?
- Cancellations: Order cancellations must be in writing and received before merchandise is in production. Orders for standard products that are already in production that are cancelled will result in a 20% Restocking Fee. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Returns: All returns must be within 30 days of initial shipment. All returns must be pre-authorized by Fireside Lodge and are subject to at least a 20% Restocking Fee. No credit will be issued until Fireside receives the return in new resalable condition. Custom items, upholstered items, and items not in the current catalog may not be returned. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Do you have anything in stock?
No. We build our furniture specifically to your needs.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, at 4 pieces we offer 10% off. If you have a much larger requirement we will quote that on based on your order, so please call, text or email.
What shipping do you use?
We choose from the best freight companies available that service the area we are shipping to. Our goal is to get your new furniture to you safely so you can start enjoying it as soon as possible.
Do you deliver to all states?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states only
